A. Return and exchange, warranty:
You can enjoy the return and exchange service without affecting the secondary sales of the watch.

B. Return and exchange conditions:
[Mixed batch sampling] Support seven days no reason to return, one year warranty. Please communicate with the store customer service before returning or exchanging, otherwise it will be rejected.
[Distribution and wholesale] The long-term cooperative distributor/wholesaler receives the goods and checks out the products with quality problems, and needs to return about 10 defective products for processing (the products that have not been used and the protective film has not been removed are replaced directly, and the appearance is affected by artificial use. Warranty processing within the validity period for the second sale, and paid maintenance for parts damaged outside the validity period)

C. Return fee:
1. Return and exchange costs (shipment packaging, product depreciation, cargo inspection and inventory, secondary QC):
★Unsalable products with regular prices only support discount recycling to replace other products;
★Unsalable within 1 month after the order is placed, the value of the goods will be replaced without any discount at your own expense;
★Still unsalable within 2 months after the order is placed, 5% off the value of the product;
★If the order is unsalable within 3-5 months, the product value will be discounted by 5%;
★If the order is unsalable for more than half a year, 20% off the value of the product;
★More than 1 year or more than 400 pieces are not accepted for return.
Note: Excludes customized, special or off-shelf items!

Note:
1. Please make sure that the watch has not been opened and used, and that the product must be intact. All returned watches will not affect the secondary sales;
2. If the product is damaged due to man-made reasons, it will only be repaired but not replaced, and the return postage will be borne by the buyer;
Maintenance instructions: free maintenance items include needle drop, diamond drop, inaccurate travel time, stop and go, etc. caused by non-human reasons (only the cost of spare parts will be charged for watch failures caused by human factors)
Special Note:
1. Watches are high-precision, high-value commodities. Please wear them normally according to the instruction manual, which has improved the actual service life of the product;
2. The appearance of the watch is a vulnerable part, and scratches and strap wear during normal use are not covered by the warranty.
